Can I use a TAP II or TAP II Pro Controller on a Skutt kiln?

Yes, TAP II and TAP II Pro (as well as all of the other controllers in the TAP Ecosystem) are all compatible with Skutt kilns and provide a host of benefits over their default, rebranded Bartlett controllers.

These include:

• More intuitive touchscreen & navigation
• Large, easy-to-read text
• Unlimited custom firing schedules (vs. only 30)
• Complete firing log data (vs. just the last 10)

Notably, TAP provides a major upgrade over Skutt's KilnLink App, which only has 1.8 stars on the App Store and 2.6 stars on Google Play, compared to 4.9 stars and 4.1 stars for TAP Kiln Control Mobile.
