I accidentally deleted all the preset programs that came with my kiln. Is there a way to get them back?

Unfortunately, there is no way to automatically recover firing schedules once they've been deleted.

Schedules loaded at the time of receipt are pre-loaded by the kiln manufacturer. SDS Industries does not produce or deliver schedules with the controller. 

Please contact your kiln manufacturer for help in restoring the schedules.
