I accidentally deleted all the preset programs that came with my kiln. Is there a way to get them back?

Unfortunately, there is no way to automatically recover firing schedules once they've been deleted.

Other than TAP II Pro's Cone Fire Mode, schedules loaded at the time of receipt are pre-loaded by the kiln manufacturer. SDS Industries does not produce or deliver these preset schedules and cannot help you recover or recreate these.

Please contact your kiln manufacturer for help in restoring the schedules. Also, we want to note: TAP lets you save unlimited custom schedules and favorite schedules for faster access, so always think carefully about deleting your schedules!
