I have not been receiving push notifications. What settings need to be in place?

Follow these instructions to receive push notifications from the TAP Kiln Control Mobile app...

First, ensure that your phone or tablet is configured to allow Notifications for the TAP Kiln Control Mobile app. Instructions for changing notification settings on Apple devices can be found here (please ensure that “Shows Previews” is set to “When Unlocked”). Instructions for changing notification settings on Android devices can be found here

If the problem persists after confirming the setting, delete and re-install the TAP Kiln Control Mobile app and acknowledge/accept notifications when first opened.
