The controller indicates that it is connected to the internet, but the IP address shows “disconnected”. What should I do?

As long as your controller is attempting to connect to a network that meets requirements, a simple reboot should do the trick!

After confirming you’ve entered the correct Wireless Network credentials, reboot the controller by turning it off and back on. Doing this will reinitiate a network connection and force a data synchronization. 

Note: The controller will not be able to connect to any network that requires a specific login or acknowledgment after connecting (typical of hotels, coffee shops, airports, etc.).
