You can increase the hold time of the current step from the Execution Screen or from TAP Kiln Control Mobile.

Yes, the current hold time can be modified by pressing Edit Schedule from the TAP Controller Execution Screen, then following the steps to modify the schedule as would be done during normal schedule editing.
