Every time I turn the kiln on, the time is adjusted and does not match my local time zone. Can this be fixed?

This was a known issue that was related to the controller pulling time from network time protocol servers and defaulting to UTC time zone.

However, we rolled out a patch for this issue in our 3.0 software update.
