Where do I access Error Logs?

You can access Error Logs from TAP Kiln Control Mobile or from your controller user interface.

On both the TAP and TAP II, you can access Error Logs on TAP Kiln Control Mobile app by selecting your kiln and going to Event Log>Error Logs. On the original TAP Controller, you can access your error logs directly from your controller by navigating to Menu>Event Logs>Error Log. For the TAP II Controller, you can access your error logs directly from your controller by going to Menu>Error Log.
