Where do I access Error Logs?

For all of our kiln controllers, you can access Error Logs on TAP Kiln Control Mobile app by selecting your kiln and going to Event Log>Error Logs.

For the TAP II Kiln Controller and TAP II Pro, you can also access your error logs directly from your controller by going to Menu>Error Log.

On the discontinued original TAP Controller, you can access your error logs directly from your controller by navigating to Menu>Event Logs>Error Log.
