Follow these steps to connect your TAP or TAP II Controller to WiFi.
The original TAP Controller Supports wireless and wired (pre-2021) network connections. Connecting the original TAP Controller to WiFi requires the use of a TP-Link TL-WN823n WiFi Dongle, which is available for purchase from our website.
TAP II, as well as all of our other controllers, have integrated WiFi and don’t require any adapter.
Follow these steps to connect your TAP or TAP II controller to WiFi:
- Press Menu>Settings > Network
- Click the “Wireless” tab to connect to a new Network
- Select your preferred Wireless Network from the Available Networks list, then press “Connect to Network” and follow the on-screen prompts
