How do I export firing logs?

For all of our kiln controllers, you can email your Firing Logs to yourself from the TAP Kiln Control Mobile app by going to Event Logs and selecting Email All Logs (if the mobile app is prior to version 4.4.3, navigate to Event Logs>Firing Logs).

You will then be prompted by a popup to confirm that you want to email all logs.

Select Yes, and your Logs will be sent to the email address you used to register for the app.

From your email address, you can then open your logs or download them to your desktop.

Please Note: You can only offload logs when the controller is in Standby (i.e., not executing an active firing).

The discontinued original TAP Controller (when connected to WiFi and updated to Software Version 6.0 or higher) also gives you the ability to export your logs from the controller by navigating to Menu>Event Logs and selecting Offload Logs. You will be prompted to choose between email and flash drive offload.
